I am Isabel Gebien - founder and podcast host of EQUALITY 365.
In 2023, I was voted »Face of the Future« by Business Punk. At the end of 2023/2024, I was nominated in the TOP 10 of 15,000 applicants for the Miss Germany Female Leader Award and a few months after my podcast went live, I was accepted into the renowned »brand eins podcast network«.
As a white woman from a racist socialized society, I see it as my duty to advocate for the opportunities of less privileged people. My personal and professional experiences, coupled with a strong sense of justice and an understanding of my own privileges, have given me the best conditions to start a business.
My EQUITY ACADEMY contributes to a sustainable, healthy and fair organization and thus also to a positive change in our society.
Through the master classes, I educate, raise awareness of the various realities of life of those affected and provide further education. My podcast also acts as a mouthpiece for those affected and experts, thus forming the interface between the marginalized group, society and politics.
I would like to help us question our prejudices, recognize privileges and initiate the discourse on equal opportunities, equality, diversity and belonging. Organizations need to be future-proof and employees want to feel belonging and live by a purpose.
